Despite its erroneous leaderboards patch and suspended PC sale because of its crappy version, Batman: Arkham Knight still stands out as the best Batman game ever released, and to add something into the mix, Rocksteady and Warner Bros. is about to release the first DLC of this game entitled Batgirl: A Matter of the Family.
The expansion DLC pack will be available on July 21 with a suggested retail price of $6.99 as a standalone game but, if you purchase Arkham Knight season pass, the DLC pack will be available 7-days early and is set to release on July 14 for free for season pass holder.
For the first time in Batman game series, players will be able to play as Batgirl and the new Batgirl: A Matter of the Family is set before the events of Batman: Arkham Knight and it follows the story of Barbara Gordon on she became Batgirl and the story of her paralyzation that leads her to become Batman’s computer expert, Orcacle. I think I am not spoiling anyone because if you already played a Batman: Arkham Knight or a Batman fan or at least played one Batman game, you already know the relationship between Barbara Gordon, Batgirl and Oracle.
Batman: Arkham Knight is now available for PS4 and Xbox One for now while they are still fixing the PC version for $59.99 and PHP 2,395 here in the Philippines.
