The third installment of highly successful and challenging game Dark Souls will have a playable demo at GamesCom 2015 as announced by its worldwide publisher Bandai Namco.
“DARK SOULS III, as a world premiere players will have the opportunity to get their hands on the next game of one of the most critically-acclaimed RPG series in videogame history. Fight and die with us over and over again!” according to its press release posted in Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe website.
Attendees of GamesCom 2015 will not just have the first exclusive look of Dark Souls III, but they can also join some contest presented by Bandai Namco team and watch the interview and presentation in their main stage (A31, Hall 7).
GamesCom is indeed the largest game convention open to public as many video game publishers and developers are showcasing their games for the first time in this said event. “Gamescom is THE event you need to attend if you are a videogame fan or a professional. As always, this is a great opportunity for BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe to make sure that we are perfectly aligned with our fans’ expectations and to unveil new details on some of the most-awaited games,” Bandai Namco added.
Dark Souls III is set to release in 2016 and is being developed by the same team who brought us Dark Souls, Dark Souls II and Bloodborne, the Japanese studio From Software.
