Attendees of one of the biggest video game conventions in the world will have a chance to play the much anticipated Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.
Konami confirmed this news that a playable demo of the game will be available at Gamescom that will be held on August 5 to 9, 2015 in Cologne, Germany. Ask why GamesCom, “because it is the most important consumer exhibition in the world,” answered Mark Schneider, Konami’s General Manager.
Despite the confirmation of Metal Gear voice actor that Kojima Production has already been disbanded, Konami is still pushing with the marketing of the Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain as it is said to be the greatest work of Hideo Kojima and his team.
Aside from MGS V, Microsoft is making a full-blast campaign in this coming GamesCom as they already announced their plans for this said convention and that includes the preview of their several Xbox One exclusives like Scalebound, Crackdown, Quantum Break and Forza Motorsport 6 and the Xbox console timed-exclusive Rise of the Tomb Raider.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will be available on Sept. 1, 2015 for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
