2K Sports has announced that they will include the Australian National Team – Australian Boomers in their international team roster for NBA 2K17
It is the first time for Australian Boomers to be added in critically acclaimed and best selling basketball franchise, and speaking of first, Australian Boomers is the first international team to be announced for the upcoming NBA 2K17.
Australian NBA player and also a part of Australian Boomers, Patty Mills, said that this is a exciting time, not just for him, but also for the Australian basketball fans as it is the first time that an Australian Basketball team to be included in NBA 2K game.
“We are absolutely thrilled to be part of NBA 2K17. We jumped at the chance to have our Australian Boomers in the game, and now Australian gamers can take on the world with Patty Mills, Matthew Dellavedova and Andrew Bogut together in the green and gold,” Anthony Moore, CEO of Basketball Australia also added.
Previous NBA 2K games feature Euroleague teams such as Olympiacos Piraeus, Panathinaikos Athens, FC Barcelona Lassa, Real Madrid, Alba Berlin, and CSKA Moscow, so other than the Boomers, expect that several Euroleague teams will return once again and hopefully, they will also include Asian National Basketball Teams.
The full line-up of Australian Boomers in NBA 2K17 – David Andersen, Cameron Bairstow, Aron Baynes, Andrew Bogut, Ryan Broekhoff, Matthew Dellavedova, Dante Exum, Chris Goulding, Joe Ingles, Kevin Lisch, Damian Martin, Patrick Mills and Brock Motum.
