Watch Dogs 2 coming before April 2017 – Ubisoft

Ubisoft has confirmed that Watch Dogs 2 will be coming in the next year. The confirmation was made after releasing their earnings report for Q3 of Ubisoft’s 2015-16 fiscal year and laid out their plans for their 2016-17 fiscal year.

Ubisoft’s plans for their 2016-17 fiscal year includes For Honor, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands, South Park: The Fractured But Whole and “the next installment of Watchdogs [sic],” (Watch Dogs 2).

However, Ubisoft did not disclose any details on what platforms their games next year would be coming to, but it would be a safe bet to say those will include PS4, PC and Xbox One versions.

A watch dogs sequel being on the works comes as no surprise as even though the game wasn’t that well received by critics, the original Watch dogs game sold 4 million copies within just one week.

We’ll just have to wait for Ubisoft’s presentation at this years E3 so we can get more information regarding their plans for Watch Dogs 2.
