Microsoft reveals its plans for GamesCom 2015


The American multinational technology company, Microsoft already announced their plans for the upcoming GamesCom 2015 that is happening on August 5 to 9, 2015 in Cologne, Germany.

The company behind the Xbox platforms said that they kick off their event on Aug. 4, 2015 with media briefing and latest preview of their upcoming Xbox One exclusive games – Scalebound, Crackdown and Quantum Break. On the day of GamesCom itself, Microsoft will let attendees to play Xbox One games such as Forza Motorsport 6, Halo 5: Guardians and Rise of the Tomb Raider.

Gamescom 2015 Xbox Briefing
Tuesday, August 4, 4:00p CEST (7:00 a.m. PT / 10:00 a.m. ET)

The evening before Gamescom officially kicks off, the Xbox briefing will show off many of the games coming to Xbox One, including titles like Scalebound, Quantum Break, and Crackdown. Xbox FanFest: Gamescom 2015

After Xbox FanFest: E3 2015, we’ve decided to bring the same up-close-and-personal fan experience to gamescom this year. Running from Tuesday, August 4th through Wednesday, August 5th, a group of fans will get exclusive access to the greatest games lineup in Xbox history, as well as a host of other surprises. GamesCom is one of the largest gaming event held every year having an average of attendees of 335,000 visitors, 6,000 journalists and 700 exxhibitors form 88 different countries worldwide. Entering their sixth year of doing this event, GamesCom’s notable announcements includes PS3 Slim and Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One, and they also hosted several gaming tournaments such as the first Dota 2 International Championships, World Championship Series 2013 Season 2 Global Finals and 3 League of Legends tournaments.
